1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ValueHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our platform and services.

2. Subscription & Provisioning

ValueHub provides access to software environments through a 12-month provisioning model. Upon successful payment confirmation, our automated systems instantly provision your portal credentials. No refunds are granted after successful software execution and provisioning.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials provided for your portal access. Sharing your portal access securely provisioned by ValueHub outside of your immediate organization is explicitly prohibited.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated proactively to your registered communication email.
